Dear Parents

We need your help!!!!!

The Senior School Swimming Carnival is on Tuesday 3 December . This is our biggest day with a sausage sizzle meal deal being offered to the children and the canteen is open all day for the parents.

The Junior School Swimming Carnival is on Friday 6 December. This is a low key day where we open the canteen and sell tea, coffee, cold drinks, home bake, chips etc. to the parents. Please note we are not allowed to serve to children on the day.

The Swim Club is very lucky to be given this opportunity to fundraise right on our doorstep - it takes a lot of organization and work but over the years we have found it to be very rewarding.

To run two successful carnivals, we need your help:

Tuesday 3 December:

BBQ cooks and servers (morning only)

Canteen staff (all day)

Home Bake donations (delivered on the day, canteen will be open early 6.30am)

** The two busiest times are: (1) serving 300+ sausages in a very short window of time and from a very small area and (2) distributing the icy cups.

FRIDAY:

Canteen staff (all day)

Home Bake donations (delivered on the day)

Even though this is a school event, we would more than welcome all Swim Club parents as this is a Swim Club fundraiser.
