Registration with the club is required to participate in Friday Club Nights or Carnivals. Registrations are done through the web site here. 

The Club Registration fee is directed towards improving facilities for the swimmers and the Club. Past improvements have included pool heating, new seating in the grandstand, non-slip coating in grandstand, shade over the pool and at the deep end, electronic timing system, Swimtopia website and App.

Once registered, parents will have online access to their child’s swim history. The swim history is also available via the Swimtopia App.

As part of the membership registration process, parents are asked to indicate which Club Night volunteer tasks they are able to assist with in order of preference.

Registration is paid once per season either at the beginning of Term 4 (full season) or the beginning of Term 1 (half season). Registrations are required to be paid by the end of week four of either term. For swimmers registering after week four payment is required within two weeks of registration. Failure to do so may see swimmers unable to participate in Club Nights or Carnivals.

These registration fees are not refundable nor transferable to another Club.

Please note:

• Registration with the club is not required if you or your children are only undertaking swimming lessons with Rollason In Swim.
• Alternatively, registration with the club to participate in Club Nights or Carnivals does not require you to undertake swim lessons with Rollason In Swim.

Registrations can be paid Online by credit card, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque.
