Registration with the club is required to participate in Friday Club Nights or Carnivals. Register via our website here.

The Club Registration fee helps improve facilities for swimmers and our community. Past improvements include pool heating, new grandstand seating, non-slip coating in the grandstand, extra shade, an electronic timing system, and the SwimTopia website and app.

Once registered, parents have online access to their child’s swim history. Swim history is also available via the SwimTopia app.

As part of registration, parents are asked to indicate which Club Night volunteer tasks they can assist with in order of preference.

Registration is paid once per season: either at the beginning of Term 4 (full season: Terms 4 & 1) or at the beginning of Term 1 (half season: Term 1 only). Fees are due by the end of Week 4 of the term. If registering after Week 4, payment is due within two weeks. Unpaid swimmers may be unable to participate in Club Nights or Carnivals.

These registration fees are not refundable nor transferable to another club.

Please note:

• Registration with the club is not required if you or your children are only undertaking swimming lessons with Rollason In Swim.
• Registration with the club to participate in Club Nights or Carnivals does not require you to undertake swim lessons with Rollason In Swim.

You can pay by credit card (Square), bank transfer, cash or cheque.

• Credit card (Square): Use our Square site. Include your SwimTopia Registration # when prompted.
• Bank transfer / Cash / Cheque: Full details are provided during the registration process and in your confirmation email.
