Crocs - Important message for resumption of Club nights 11th Feb
Hi to all the Families of Camp Hill Crocs.
A belated Happy New Year to everyone. Welcome back to Friday Club nights after the delayed school year start.
Because of the current State Government school restrictions there needs to be some modifications to the usual proceedings in order for us to get approval to restart.
Based on the School and P&Cs recommendations, the committee agreed that:
- There will be a restriction of spectators to 1 spectator per family.
- An extra spectator can attend if they are acting in a volunteer role but that volunteering position must be entered when nominating your child on the Crocs website. We will be printing out a volunteer list on the night to check the names off.
- All volunteers must provide proof of vaccination.
- Wearing of facemasks is mandatory for all aged 12 and over (except when competing).
- Wearing of facemasks is highly recommended for children under the age of 12 (except when competing).
- BBQ will be restricted to sausages only to alleviate the need to handle salad and therefore will reduce queuing. Sauces will be dispensed by BBQ volunteers.
- A COVID Monitor role will be created to enforce the COVID 19 plan.
- Please do not come if you are unwell or showing any COVID 19 symptoms.
These precautions have been put in place with the advice received from the school.
They are there for the safety of you, your family and others.
These precautions will remain in place until at least up to and including Friday 4th March when current restrictions may change.
The latest advice from Cannon Hill is that the carnival at the end of the month will proceed. If anything should change we will advise you all ASAP.
Regards
Regan Dent
