Hi Crocs,

Just a reminder that the individual medley special event this Friday is open to all swimmers. This is to provide younger swimmers a chance to trial the distance at least once prior to the individual medley night at the end of the season. There will be one more club night this term to participate if swimmers do not wish to swim the event this Friday.

Also due to the larger number of special event nominations only three individual strokes are offered after the special event. These are backstroke, freestyle and breaststroke. Like the special event swimmers are welcome to nominate in all, some or none of these.
