Just a reminder that the final individual medley special event is this Friday. This is open to all to provide younger swimmers a chance to trial the distance at least once prior to the Individual Medley Night at the end of the season.

To be able to participate in the Individual Medley Night at the end of the season all swimmers are required to have completed at least one of the four individual medley special events held across the season. Also, to be Age Champion requires the swimmer to have participated in both the Individual Medley Night and the Age Stroke Championships.

Due to the expected larger number of special event nominations this Club Night only three individual strokes are offered after the special event. These are backstroke, freestyle and breaststroke. Swimmers are welcome to nominate in all, some or none of these.
