Dear Crocs,

Apologies for the long e-mail but this it is quite important so please read to the end. This is providing details about the upcoming IM night, Age Championships and Trophy Night.

IM Night: Swimmers either swim in the 25 meter races or the IM event for their age group. There are separate races for boys and girls. At the end of the races that night those in the IM race will receive a certificate with their time and the first three place getters will receive medals.

Age Champs: Swimmers will be allocated into races based on their age. There are separate races for boys and girls. At the end of the races the first three place getters will receive medals.

Qualification details around the IM Night and Age Championships were e-mailed earlier. They can be reviewed in the Recent News section of the web site.

Placing points achieved at the IM Night and Age Champs will be collated to determine the Age Champions. The Age Champions will be announced and awarded at the end of season Trophy Night on Wednesday the 29th of March

Trophy Night: All club members are welcome to attend as it is a night to celebrate the swimming performance of all the children. All swimmers who have participated in club nights through the season have been achieving points based on their times relative to their personal best. At the trophy night each swimmer receives a trophy with the number of points they have achieved throughout the season. They will also receive a certificate summarising their season achievements. This is separate to the Age Champs and Club Champion awards that are also presented. 

For trophy night we provide the ability for families to pre-order Dominos pizzas that we will collect and bring to the pool around 5:15pm (more details on this later in the e-mail). We also ask families to bring a plate of something (cookies, brownies, etc) to share as dessert afterwards. The order of events at Trophy night is for families to eat, then trophies are given out followed by the sharing of the treats brought by all and a free swim.

Attached to this e-mail is a Word and PDF version of the pizza order form. Either:

1. Print and complete the form and bring it to the canteen on Friday or Saturday along with payment.
2. Pay online using the link provided in the attachment. 

If paying online please ensure that you include your families name and a summary of the order in the "Add a note for the seller" box when completing the online payment. Also please complete the attached form and e-mail this along with the payment receipt to [email protected] 

This is to ensure your order is not misplaced so that everyone not only gets their pizzas on Wednesday night, but also the correct type of pizza.
