Dear Croc Families,

On Saturday the 2nd of March is the last club carnival for the season. This is now a home carnival for Camp Hill. RSVPs close on Saturday evening the 24th of February at 6pm to allow us time to allocate swimmers to races. Please RVSP by going to the upcoming meets and carnivals section. As it is a home carnival there are also a number of volunteer tasks we require help with - please put your name down where possible.

For those new to the club or not attended a carnival before, races are held for each age group as determined by age on blocks. There is a female race and a boys race. Girls are permitted to swim in boys races. Swimmers are also able to swim up in older age groups. Events are 6&U through to 13&O for all strokes apart from butterfly which is from 7&U, relays are 9&U, 10-12 and 13&O.

We attempt to ensure all swimmers get as many swims as possible. To enable this and due to us having more younger swimmers, some swimmers will need to swim in older age groups. There are a number of questions around the organsing of the swimmers when you do the RSVP. Please place your responses in the comments box so we can attempt to accommodate your requests. Note, this may mean your children swim less races than they could otherwise due to the number of swimmers in the age groups.
