Hello Crocs Families,

This is our last Club Night this Week (Week 18).

• Can you help? We still need volunteers for Friday.
• Nominations are open until 430pm on Friday. If nominations close and you are no longer able to swim, please contact Jimmy at [email protected] or SMS on 0401 077 981.
• As usual the gates and car park open from 6pm.

Election Day Fundraiser BBQ and Bake Stall – This Saturday 16 March.

• Thank you to all those who have volunteered or spent countless hours preparing for this event.
• However, we still need additional help please – times available are 7-9, 9-11 and 3-5 https://volunteersignup.org/WW3R9
• If you have volunteered to bring Home Bake please either bring it with you to Club night on Friday night (to the canteen) or you can deliver to the Stall directly on Saturday before 9am if possible.
• And come and buy a sausage and say hello on the day (see attached flyer)

IM Night – next Friday 22 March

• Swimmers must have qualified to participate in this event by swimming at least 1xIM event during the season.
• Please note that 10 years and under swim 100M Medley, whilst 11years+ swim a 200M Medley.
• Nominations are open until Thursday 21 March …. Whilst nominating your child please consider signing up to help out on the night.

** Please remember to bring your “Cash” for the Lucky Squares Raffle – both a $5 and $10 raffle will be available.

Age Stroke Championship – Saturday 23 March 2pm (130pm warm up)

• Swimmers must have qualified to swim this event – see qualifying information online on the nominations page.
• Nominations – and Volunteer Sign Up – are open until Thursday 21 March.
• Please note there will be no Entry Fee or BBQ at this event, however the Canteen will be open.

Presentation Night – Wednesday 27 March (Pizza at 515/530; Proceedings 530ish)

• This is a fun filled night where we celebrate the achievements of all Swimmers.
• There is no entry fee and no BBQ, but the canteen will be serving whatever is left in stock.
• Families can pre-order pizza’s (meal deal) at the canteen on Friday night or online (note if you do an online order, you must still complete and return your form to the canteen or you won’t receive your pizza). A copy of the flyer is attached.
• Please note pizza orders close on Saturday 23 March.
• We also need 3 helpers to assist Jimmy in collecting the Pizza’s from Dominoes, Camp Hill at 5pm on this night. If you can assist please email Jimmy at [email protected] or leave your details at the canteen on Friday night, thank you.
• Could each family please bring a dessert plate to share – we usually sit them out on a table and people can help themselves, so individual servings are best (store bought is fine too), thank you
