Dear Croc Families,

Nominations - and volunteer sign up - are open until 430pm on Friday at www.camphillswim.club/swim_meets or via the Swimtopia app. As usual if nominations have closed and you are no longer able to swim please email Jimmy and Mark at [email protected] or SMS on 0401077981.

Last chance to nominate (nominations close at 6pm this Saturday) for our upcoming home based Southside Friendly Carnival against the Mansfield Muddies and Wellers Hill Water Ratz on Saturday 9 November. Gates will open at 2pm with racing commencing at 230pm. As this is a home based carnival we need your help. Please consider signing up to volunteer on the day and for any bakers we’d love for you to donate some home baked goodies to sell in the canteen. The next carnival, the Principals Cup will be held on Saturday 16 November at Marshall Road SS between themselves, Rochedale Rays and us, the Camp Hill Crocs! Gates will open at 2pm with racing commencing at 230pm. Please note nominations close at 6pm on Saturday 9 November!

We’d also like to remind all our members that food tokens purchased are only valid at the event they are purchased at. They cannot be redeemed at a later date as we only sell the exact number of tokens for the food we have available. Our wonderful BBQ Volunteers cook and serve 100 burgers and 60 sausages each week. We’d love your help in our BBQ and Canteen areas to help serve all our members each week.

Do you have a finesse for attention to detail or maybe you just have a passion for helping out? We are in need of a person to assist Jimmy and Mark with the nominations and back end IT system management. Without these important volunteer roles we cannot operate our club nights and carnivals. This is Jimmy’s last season, so it’s a perfect time to join us and be mentored. Finally, a reminder to please send any photos taken at Club Nights or Carnivals to us at [email protected] so that we can check the photo consent forms and share them on our socials, display boards at the pool and use for the next Yearbook.
