Dear Croc Families,

We have some special guests joining the Crocs for a swim this Friday!!

Di Farmer, current MP for Bulimba along with one of Croc Parents, Lauren and her team are currently participating in the Starlight Foundation Swimathon this month. Di is hoping to swim a total of 17Km during the month and as part of this she will be coming to swim with the Crocs this Friday, 28 February to help raise funds for the Starlight Foundation and to hopefully help all our Croc swimmers feel great about having a swim with her to help other kids. As such we have made the following changes for this week.

• Gates will open at 545pm (if you volunteer for this role, please take note of the time change).
• There will be no free play.
• Warm Up will begin at 6pm!
• We propose to have Di and our other fabulous Croc Parents (Lauren and Team) swim in Lanes 5+6.
• All other swimmers are to line up behind lanes 1 – 4 as usual for their warm up. Ie. swim one length, hop out, walk back and line up again.
• We aim to have this completed by 620pm’ish to allow for getting the pool ready for the 630pm start.
• There will be a bucket at the gate for any cash donations for the Starlight Foundation and a QR code will be available for any online donations or you can click on this link https://superswim.org.au/d-farmer-1 to donate at any time.

Please note nominations for the Captains Carnival close next Wednesday 5 March at 6pm!www.camphillswim.club/swim_meets This will allow details of teams to be shared a week in advance so that families can arrange their costumes! Come along for a fun afternoon.

-Week 9 – Age Stroke Championships, Saturday 29 March. More details to follow.

-Week 10 – Wednesday 2 April, Season Break Up Party and Presentation Night. (NB. No Club night this week).
