I apologise I've now attached the correct pizza order form with some added options for this year.

Please note you can also order online as per previous details from my earlier email.

Families can pre-order pizza’s (meal deal) as per the attached Pizza Order Form.

• You can complete the form and pay at the pool canteen; Or

  • Can you please note your “FamilynamePizza” eg. “SmithPizza” as order reference; and
  • Can you please also email proof of payment and your order to [email protected]

Can you assist with Pizza collection? We will require several volunteers to collect the pizzas from Dominoes at Camp Hill on the evening at 5pm. If you can assist please reach out to Jimmy at [email protected] or email Deanne at [email protected]
