Dear Crocs Families,

The Camp Hill Amateur Swimming Club, affectionately known as the Crocs, will have their Annual General Meeting this week and we invite you, our Members to join us as per details below.

When: 630pm Thursday 15 May 2025

Venue: Camp Hill Bowls Club, Ferguson Road, Camp Hill

Who: All Crocs Members invited and encouraged to attend

The objective of the AGM is to:

1.  Elect Committee positions

• All Committee positions will be vacated and are up for re-election.
• Whilst there will be a number of incumbents seeking re-election there are a few vacant roles that need filling.
• So, if you would like to be a part of this great team, please consider nominating for any of the roles below. To nominate you can:
  • Nominate in advance by return email to me at [email protected]
  • Or, come along to the meeting and nominate on the night.

2.  Make preparations for the coming season

Further information about each position is available on the website www.camphillswim.club or feel free to email myself or any current committee member with any enquiries.

Positions to be elected include:

• Chairperson
• Vice Chairperson
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Chief Nominator (including the Back End Data/Website based) x 2 persons
• Carnival Convenor
• Trophy Convenor
• Canteen Convenor x 2 persons
  • (we are hoping to split the food and drinks between 2 persons)
• BBQ Convenor
• Merchandise Convenor
• Raffles Convenor

We also have other volunteer (non-elected) roles available - some of these include:

• Collecting the BBQ Meat weekly from The Butcher Shoppe at Cannon Hill
• Collecting the Bread/Rolls weekly from Bakers Delight at Camp Hill
• Collecting the BBQ Fresh produce weekly from the Camp Hill Fruit Bowl at Camp Hill
• Slicing Onions each week for Club Nights.
• Putting together the Year Book pages for the Camp Hill SIPS Year Book
• Club photographer – taking photos at club nights, carnivals, other events and checking them off the “photo consent list” before sharing on the Club socials, notice board and for our CHSIPS year book.
