Hello Croc Families,

As winter sports wind down, the Camp Hill Crocs Committee are working behind the scenes to prepare for the upcoming Swimming Season, and we wanted to share these details with you.

Date Claimer - Saturday 13 September - for our Working Bee at the Pool.  More details to sign up will follow soon.

You are invited to join us for the next Committee Meeting this Thursday 28 August at 630pm at the Camp Hill Bowls Club.

Registrations will be opening soon.  We will let you know once it's open online.

Thank you to Amy for volunteering to be our Raffles Convenor!  Welcome to the team!

We still have several positions on the Committee that need filling before we can commence the Registration and Swim Season.  These include:

Secretary

• Deanne is stepping back and whilst she is happy to share the role this season and/or offer guidance to whomever steps into this role, we require a volunteer immediately so that we can commence the Swim Season.  Come and join a great Committee who work well together in the best interests of the Club and School.

Vice Chair

• Assists the Chair person in leading the Club and remaining unbiased on all issues.
• Have a good understanding of the Clubs guidelines.
• Represent the club at the monthly P&C meetings (3^rd Tuesday every month) at the school and report back to the Committee.
• Willingness to attend and/or conduct meetings if the Chair is unavailable.

Nominator

• Mark needs 2 additional team mates to share this role with as he travels for work and will not always be present.  All training provided so grab a mate and join Mark.  Without this role being filled we cannot run Club Nights and Carnivals. 
• Some knowledge of computers is beneficial (but not mandatory).
• Time requirement - up to an hour a week (usually a Friday or Saturday) plus an additional hour or two the weekend before a Carnival Meet.
• There is flexibility in any work associated with the role and it can be completed at home at a time that suits and fits in with family and other schedules.
