Registrations are Now Open for Season 25/26!

Dear Crocs Families,
The wait is over. Registrations for the 2025/26 Camp Hill Crocs swim season are officially open. We are pleased to welcome back our swimmers and parents for another season of Friday night racing, community spirit and Crocs pride.
Season Snapshot
- First Club Night: Friday 10 October 2025 (Week 1 of Term 4). Gates open at 6:00 pm, racing starts at 6:30 pm.
- Weekly Routine: Club Nights every Friday evening through Term 4.
- Carnivals: Inter-club meets across the season – nomination details posted on our Meets & Carnivals page.
What is New in 2025/26
- Meet Maestro App: Club Nights will now run through SwimTopia’s live meet platform. Follow the program, track races and see results instantly on your phone.
- Friday Night Raffles: Our raffles are back. Donations of vouchers, wine or small prizes are welcome and help support the club.
Important Information
- Payment due: Fees required by end of Week 4 (Term 4) or within two weeks if joining later. Half-season membership is available if you are only swimming in Term 1 or Term 4.
- Nominations: Race nominations close Fridays at 4:30 pm. Please remember to choose a volunteer role when nominating – every helping hand keeps Club Night running smoothly.
- Handbook: Full details on fees, rules and contacts are in the Club Handbook.
Important: Due to upcoming changes to Queensland’s Blue Card system, we are required to capture whether each parent or guardian linked to a swimmer has a current Blue Card. Please provide this information during registration.
Pre-Season Working Bee
Save the date: Saturday 13 September. We will hold our annual Working Bee to prepare the pool deck for the season. More details and signup link coming soon. We would love to see as many families as possible pitch in.
