Dear Crocs Families,

Have you signed up to our final carnival of the year?

The ”Captains Carnival” which is our fun Crocs only Club Captains led carnival will be held on Saturday 7 March. The Captain’s have selected a theme – Past V Future (see attached poster) - and are planning the races. You can sign up at www.camphillswim.club/swim_meets for an afternoon of fun. Please note nominations will close on Saturday 28 February at 3pm. This will allow us to contact all attending families with which team (dress up theme) their child(ren) are in that same evening to allow time for costume creation. Parents are also encouraged to dress up in theme and to participate in some parent events.

Thank you to all our members for assisting in limiting traffic on the pool deck, especially around the blocks and nominator / announcer area.

This week’s special event is the 100m IM and is open to all swimmers. If your swimmer plans on participating in the “IM Night” Competition late March, they will need to have swum in at least one of these events this season. We will be offering one more opportunity to practice later this term.

We have several committee members stepping down at the end of this season and we are therefore seeking several members to join the Committee. Come along to our next Committee Meeting at 6.30pm on Tuesday 10 March at the Camp Hill Bowls Club or reach out to us (any one of us in a Committee shirt at club night or via email to [email protected]

• Sat 7 Mar – our last fun Crocs only carnival, “The Captains Carnival”! Details coming soon.
• Fri 13 Mar – Last Siblings Race of the season at 6.20pm before club night.
• Fri 20 Mar – last chance for swimmers to practice the IM special event before our official “IM Night Comp”.
• Fri 27 Mar – IM Night Competition
• Sat 28 Mar – Age Champion Competition
• Wed 1 Apr – Presentation Night and Crocs Break Up!
