Crocs - Week 18 - Newsletter

Individual Medley (IM) Night will be held on Friday 27 March.

- Nominations will close as usual at 430pm on that day.
- This is a competition and medals – first, second, third - will be awarded on the night.
- Please note double points are awarded to swimmers at this event, according to their placing. These will contribute to the Club Age Champion winner (for each age group) announced at Presentation night, along with points from throughout the season and the Age Stroke Championships.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Swimmers must have qualified to participate in this event by swimming in at least one (out of the four offered) IM special events during the season at club nights. Tip – this is their last week to swim this special event at Club Night to meet these criteria!
- For IM nominations there is one option to select for each swimmer for their specific IM age group.
- Swimmers 11 years and under swim the 100m IM, whilst 12 years+ swim the 200m IM. Age is determined by the age that swimmer turns in the calendar year (eg. Jane Doe turns 8 in August 2026; they will swim in the 8 years age group).
Age Stroke Championships will be held the next day on Saturday 28 March.
- This year we will be holding Parents races (both individual and relays). No need to nominate, simply be ready to go.
- Nominations will close on Week 9 Friday at 430pm for this event.
- This is a championship event and medals - first, second, third – will be awarded in each stroke for each age group on the day.
- A one start rule applies to all championship events.
