Qualification Requirements for Individual Medley Night
  1. Swimmers must swim all strokes and have swum at least twice that season in each stroke
  2. Swimmers 11 years and under swim the 100M Individual Medley
  3. Swimmers 12 years and over swim the 200M Individual Medley
  4. Age is determined by the age the swimmer turns in the calendar year
  5. 25 metre freestyle and 25 metre breaststroke races will be held for non-medley swimmers
