1. This is a Championship event where medals are awarded.
2. For a swimmer to participate in the Age Championships, they must be able to swim the stroke using the correct technique.
3. For a swimmer to obtain placing points or medals at the Age Championships they must be a registered member of the club with all registration fees paid. Full season members to have attended 8 or more Club Nights. Half season members to have attended 4 or more Club Nights. Swimmers that have not attended the specified number of Club Nights will be allowed to swim but they will not receive placing points or medals and so be ineligible for Age Champion.
4. Swimmers will swim each stroke in their age group as determined by their age as at the 31/12/2024.
5. 9 years and younger swim 25m, 10 years and older swim 50m.
6. For swimmers 10 years and older that wish to only swim 25m for any particular stroke, a 25m 10 years and above race will be included to allow them to participate for that stroke but it will not count towards Age Championship points. Please advise this in the 'notes for coach' text box.
7. When nominating you only need to advise if swimmers will be attending. The Nominator will allocate each swimmer into their respective age group stroke races.
8. Any swimmer listed as attending will be allocated a race in all four strokes unless advised. Please provide comments in the 'notes for coach' text box if the swimmer wishes to only participate in certain strokes. No Age Championship points will be awarded for strokes that are not swum.

Please note web site entries will close on Thursday evening to allow time to arrange swimmers in their specific races.
